Unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange program since we make the clothing specific to your order. Everything is custom made in-house. Our detailed sizing guides are listed and should be read prior to ordering. You can also request to see sizing in person before ordering if you are local. Of course, we do want all of our customers to enjoy their items, so if you have an issue with the quality of the item please contact us.

To wash clothing with film transfer to extend the life of the garment, follow these steps:

Check Care Labels: Always start by checking the care labels on the garment for any specific instructions.

Turn Inside Out: Turn the clothing inside out to protect the print during the wash.

Cold Water Wash: Use cold water on a gentle cycle to help preserve the colors and prevent fading.

Mild Detergent: Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, as they can damage the print.

Avoid High Heat: Do not use a dryer on high heat. Instead, air dry the clothing or tumble dry on low heat.

Ironing: If you need to iron, do so on the inside of the garment and use a low setting. Avoid directly ironing the printed area.

Following these steps will help keep your direct film transfer clothing looking great!
